FAQs
What types of properties do you work on?
1
We work on residential lots, hillsides, hobby farms, homesteads, open space, HOA common areas, and commercial land. If it has brush, we can likely help.
2
Do I need to provide water for the goats?
Access to a hose or spigot helps, but it isn't required. We bring water troughs and can haul in water for an additional fee.
It depends on acreage, terrain, and how dense the vegetation is. A typical residential lot takes 2-5 days. We'll give you a time estimate with your quote.
3
How long does a job take?
Will the goats eat my garden or landscaping?
4
Not if it's outside the grazing area. We set up secure portable electric fencing to keep goats only where you want them.
Is there a minimum or maximum property size?
5
Our minimum is ¼ acre, and we have no firm maximum. Larger properties are grazed in sections over a longer stay.
Our crew checks the herd daily, manages the fencing, and handles any issues. For properties that abut open space or are prone to predators, we provide a livestock guardian dog (LGD) to stay within the fence with the goats.

Who watches the goats?
Pricing depends on acreage, terrain, vegetation, access, and water availability. Every quote starts with a free site assessment.
